Corporate Governance

Our Firm provides legal advise to clients relative to Philippine corporate law and securities regulation with particular emphasis on compliance with the requirements imposed by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other relevant government agencies exercising supervisory control over our clients’ business operations.  GCF also provides advisory services with respect to business concerns involving social security, labor relations and other regulatory issues. On occasion, members of our Firm also act as representatives of clients to the governing boards of companies where they maintain business interests and/or as corporate secretaries thereof.
