In our more than 40 years of combined legal practice, members of our Firm have been representing clients in disputes arising under Philippine law before the Philippine Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, other lower courts of justice, the National Labor Relations Commission, the Intellectual Property Office, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other quasi-judicial agencies. In the process of rendering services in the field of land use, we have had experience in dealing with government agencies particularly in the field of land titling, environmental compliance, land use patents, water rights and mining claims.
