Pauline Karol G. Guiyab earned her Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of the Philippines Manila, graduating magna cum laude in 2015. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law in 2025 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.

Her fields of legal practice cover Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation, and Commercial Transactions. Atty. Guiyab has assisted clients in incorporation and regulatory compliance, as well as government relations matters. She has experience in litigation, handling intra-corporate disputes, criminal cases, and special proceedings, and has extensive experience in the drafting and review of legal instruments.

Prior to joining the Firm, Atty. Guiyab served in government for several years, including as legislative staff at the Senate of the Philippines and as Assistant Division Chief at the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA). In these roles, she was involved in policy development, regulatory review, inter-agency coordination, and the implementation of ease of doing business reforms, equipping her with a strong foundation and practical competence in navigating government processes and regulatory frameworks.
