Paola’s practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, Corporate Regulatory and Compliance, Data Privacy, Labor Law, Immigration Law, and general legal advisory.

Paola is engaged in the Firm’s general corporate practice, providing legal advice and assistance on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes corporate secretarial work; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents; advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory requirements; assisting in corporate transactions and business arrangements; corporate restructuring and reorganization; and conducting legal due diligence.

Her practice also includes corporate regulatory and compliance matters, particularly with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She assists corporations in complying with SEC requirements and regulations, including corporate filings, governance and reporting requirements, amendments to corporate documents, corporate restructuring and reorganization requirements, and other regulatory submissions and compliance matters. She also advises clients on corporate compliance issues and assists in coordinating with the SEC and other government agencies in connection with corporate and regulatory concerns.

Paola likewise assists clients with business set-up and establishment, including securing and maintaining permits, licenses, registrations, and other regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating with local government units and various government agencies. She also provides legal support on data privacy and related compliance matters, as well as employment and labor concerns, immigration matters, and work visa requirements for foreign nationals, as well as other legal and regulatory matters arising from the establishment and day-to-day operations of businesses and organizations.

Paola was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Manila in 2014 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences, major in Organizational and Social Systems Development, from De La Salle University-Manila in 2008. She joined the Firm as an underbar in 2015 and was promoted to Junior Partner of the Firm in 2021.
