Josephine Joy D. Cañeba’s practice focuses on initial public offering, securities offerings, mergers and acquisition, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate work. She also provides advise on labor, privacy, transportation, logistics, construction, technology, and consumer laws.

Joy has been in the practice of law for 20 years. She was also the former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer of a domestic airline during its merger and turn around period.

Joy is a member of the Philippine Bar Association and Filipina CEO Circle. She is also a co-founding partner of CEO Advisors, Inc. and a trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI).
